Customer Reviews

"Got here at 2:30pm on a Saturday. The wait was about 15 min for a table. We ordered a French toast dish, living on the veg omelette, and flapjacks. The French toast tasted good not too sweet which is a pro! The omelette was also good. The milkshakes and hot chocolate were good. However the flapjacks (pancakes) were the worst pancakes I've ever tasted in my life and I've had a lot of pancakes! The texture and flavor were both disgusting and not even butter and syrup made them taste good. Just awful."

"I don't know if we were there on an off day or what, but unfortunately, we were not impressed with the food or the service. We only waited 20 mins on a Sunday at lunch time for a table of 2. It took a long time for our server to get to us. She was pleasant but not attentive. It took almost an hour to get food. We both ordered the Hangover. The biscuits were dry and everything was unseasoned. We added salt and hot sauce to everything. The upside, very diverse menu w/ vegan options available with reasonable prices. It's a cute place in a very nice area. There are a lot of little shops to check out while you're there."

"Wow! What an amazing place! We waited maybe 5 mins for a table and we were serviced right away! This place had everything! And as someone who is a coffee lover, having their iced latte was AMAZING! Great portions and nothing is spared!"

"This place has a great selection of very interesting foods to choose from. The menu items are named after movies and TV references. The bacon was not so great, but the biscuits and gravy are to die for! The Bourbon Street French toast the Rocky mountain omelette and the hippie hangover we're also incredible. Cali was our waitress and even though they were full and busy she stayed right on top of everything and got us everything we needed when we needed it! Do yourself a favor and try the tacos. Literally, try all the tacos."

"Food was good, many options but as a diner I was expecting some fruit at least. Most of the options were heavy meals and I was not in the mood but settled with a salad. Coffee was great! There is a wait but we only waited for 20-30 minutes. Place is next to a cute shopping area of Lansing. Service was 10/10. Dishes were delicious but since my dish was more plain, it's what you could honestly make at home. There's a coffee place attached to the restaurant if you don't want to eat in. Would I go out of my way for this? Probably not but if I'm in the area and want good coffee, I would recommend."

"Tried this place out for lunch today! Highly recommend! Tried the Steak Fiesta Burrito! It was really good! They have a variety of coffee lattes! The waffle fries were also really good! Loved the retro vibe! The new location has lots of space. Be prepared to wait for a table on the weekend it was about 40 minutes! Overall we will be back! Try this place out!"

"Went to eat breakfast after our walk. The food is good. They also make coffee drinks. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is in Old Town in Lansing. The parking is curbside where available. You might have to walk a little. The service is good; but everything took a little time."
